Our staff of expert coaches design custom training plans for road cyclists, mountain bikers, track racers, swimmers, runners, triathletes, cyclocross fans, time-trialists and more. We work will all levels of athletes, including juniors and masters. Program OptionsChoose from two main categories of programs: Performance or Elite. Both are available in a heart-rate or power-based format. All of our programs give you a unique monthly training plan designed specifically for you. See the table below for a side-by-side comparison. Performance – These programs offer two adjustments to your monthly training schedule with access to your personal coach as needed. Primarily for those who do not need a high degree of adjustment to weekly workouts. Elite – These programs offer unlimited adjustment to your workouts as well as access to your personal coach as needed. Primarily for those who want the flexibility of fine-tuning or rescheduling workouts on a weekly basis. Program setupWhole Athlete is well known throughout the country for its expertise in bike fitting and performance testing. These services are available at a discount to our coaching clients. To get the most out of your custom training plan, we strongly recommend that you take advantage of the Program Setup.
