| Ben has been coaching cycling for nearly ten years and has worked with all levels and disciplines of cyclists, from Olympic mountain bikers to middle school cyclocrossers. His athletes have won a total of nine US National Championships including six in the Pro Women’s Mountain Bike category and three at the U23 level. Ben graduated from Rutgers University with a BS in Exercise Physiology and is near completion of a MS in Sport Pedagogy from the University of Northern Colorado. He holds a USA Cycling Level 2 Coaching license and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Ben has raced at the elite level in the track, mountain bike, and cyclocross disciplines. Prior to cycling, he played collegiate soccer at Rutgers University and at the semi-professional level with the North Jersey Imperials. Ben currently resides in Boulder, CO.
