Sport-Specific Strength Training

A customized strength training program is an effective way to achieve the structural goals of joint stability and musculoskeletal resiliency, while maximizing efficiency of technique.

In our strength training analysis we examine your form in performing basic strength training movements. We discuss any history of injury or imbalance. A specific program is constructed emphasizing functional and core strengthening and stabilization. A periodized routine, including guidelines to volume and intensity over the training year is provided. We focus on exercises specific to the movements of your sport and lifestyle so that the strength translates most directly to your performance.
